in the hallway..after I reconnected the new fan, we both observed the fan operating.  however, later on, we found the the new fan would require a constant hot circuit to open and close the vent. I did call mr [redacted], on the wensday, iwas supposed to show up, I coudl not make it, told I had pulled my back out, no answer. I also had a call from his realtor, I also called him to reschedule for that friday, no, answer, no return phone call. if I had to come back to add another cable for the vent,I would have had to charge him, the work was based on time and materials.I would not to any return on funds because the new fan required additional wiring, and I did call both parties to reschedule, no answer, no return call to me to reschedule..
