We have inspected this vehicle multiple times, and the problem with this vehicle is that she has not renewed her XM Radio Subscription which operates the SOS button We have notified her several times of this and are waiting on her to renew XM Radio at this time.We have done all we can and the system on her car is not malfunctioning, it simply needs a paid subscription to work

Thanks for contacting us,The vehicle in reference, a Ford Explorer was sold as is with no warranty because it is almost years old and he signed documentation stating all of this when purchasing it from us. I have spoken with Mr*** and we have already diagnosed his
vehicle. It has an evaporator core that needs replacing which runs retail about $1200, and we agreed to pay all of the repair except $and was waiting on him to come in for repairs prior to this complaint with Revdex.com. Since the Revdex.com complaint, we have contacted Mr*** multiple times and reduced the customer payment to $and he has agreed to let us repair it again.
