non-refundable and if a client doesn't move in or respond to us calling them to arrange move in's we cancel the client out of the system and offer the property to another potential client. We have 3 properties available in his price range of $650 that we can move him in immediately. We are still willing to work with this client if he is open to the option. If he is willing to move forward he will need to contact the office at [redacted] and we will arrange a walk through and move in to the property.
