Review: While doing a recent credit report on myself, there was a notice from OAC on behalf of Great Lakes Pathologist, SC. I have never received notification from Great Lakes Pathologist, SC of this amount owed, nor have I received written explanation of the bill nor given an opportunity to dispute or pay before being sent to a third party collection and listed on my credit report.Desired Settlement: A proof of the bill as well as an explanation of their billing process.

This account is for a baby, the name on the account is [redacted]. the date of service is 11/15/2012. the total amount is 92.00. We sent 3 letters to [redacted]. We sent the letters on 11/21/14, 12/26/12, 2/2/13. Our automated system called and left a message on 01/15/13 we called 414-897-2605. We do not show ever receiving a call back on the account, protocol was met and we forwarded the account to collections. I am sure that OAC also made several attempts to notify as well. They would have received the same number and address we show on the account. Please let me know if I can assist or answer any other questions.

got a collection notice from OAC collection specialists on behalf Great Lakes Pathologist,I have never received a bill from this company in the first place.I would like to know the service provided to my child and where this was done.I will not pay them through a creditor collection they should haqve to do there work and find my correct address.My compaint I see has been the same for four others against them.
