Great Lakes Gutter Guards

I contacted *** through an ad on ***. He was selling gutter guards. He sold me stainless steel mesh gutter guards from Gutter Glove. He collected $900 cash from me on Sat, Dec 28, 2019 n returned on Dec 31, 2019 ,to remove the existing gutter guards n put on the guards from Gutter Glove,that I had purchased. He had a young man with him to help installation. About four hours later they had finished. He then collected the remaining $900 cash from me ,gave me a receipt n a 40 year warranty ( The money was from my late father, who died the end of Nov 2019). He also took my old gutter guards ,which I never told him he could have. They were steel guards.
The next day Jan 1,2020 ,I was working upstairs n looked out my bedroom window at the garage. What I saw shocked me. *** had installed cheap, black gutter guards from Lowe’s. I immediately called him n expressed my concerns. He laughed n said that he accidentally installed the wrong guards. The garage wasn’t even completed n what was installed is already puckering up. He said he would come back n replace them ,with the correct gutter guards.
After numerous texts n phone calls, he has not replaced them !
I contacted him n told him I wanted my $1800 cash back as he knowingly n willingly installed the wrong product.
He took total advantage of a disabled older woman!
