Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff on 10/5, then sent to company to edit Their response is as follows:They did the work for Mr [redacted] and he was very happy with the work Paid them on time About days later or so, the consumer mentioned by email that his wall on his screened in porch is damaged, basically the wall is loose and off the foundation and he sent picturesThey don't know what his angle was, if he was trying to get money back or what One of workers told him that the wall was not safe, told his employee to be carefulHe told the consumer that the wall was damaged at the time of the work, he went to the consumer's home the following day and took pictures to show that the wall was already damaged You can literally stick your fingers through the wood He showed these to the consumer The consumer kept insisting that they damaged the wall They maintained that it was already completely rotten The consumer sent or so emails during this period Then a week later he emailed about the water heater having a chemical on itHe thought it was strange that the consumer was now bringing this up because it was never an issue until they wouldn't take care of the wallThe contractor puzzled that the consumer didn't mention wall damage in this complaint
