Recently my husband and contacted Great Improvements as we wanted to make a few renovations in our basement to accommodate family when visiting. After meeting with Lee Mellott (of G. I.), we decided to have the work done by them.
We found the workers polite and professional in their work and we were very satisfied with the finished result.
During the process we were kept informed as to what was happening and every call made by us to Lee was always answered. Yes, we would contact Great Improvements if the need arose.
I enjoyed meeting and working with Olga and Bob they were very nice people. I’m glad they liked everything. I try very hard to make things neat and professional to last for many years. Thanks again Olga and Bob
Fantastic job by Lee on our basement. He was able to bring our vision to life. His experience and recommendations were far beyond compare to other contractors we considered. Lee was available by phone at any time and was always polite and courteous. Would highly recommend. Very satisfied.
