Jan. 15, 2020 - I put $27 worth of their gas in my Lexus RX330. My car stopped running as I was trying to merge onto I-77 North, and had to pull over. A tow truck brought me to Mr. Tire in Pineville, NC for repairs. I Spent $14.49 for*** to take my wife and I home. A representative from the South Carolina Department of Agriculture tested the supply of gas at Exxon Mobil in Richburg, SC and confirmed there was water and/or sediment in it.
Jan. 17, 2020 - Repairs were finished at the cost of $1,239.23. Gas tank was lowered and drained of water. Water was in fuel rail and spark plugs fouled out.
Jan. 15, 2020 - I called the gas station (XXX)XXX-XXXX and left a message, but no one called back.
Jan. 24, 2020 -*** Consumer Care sent me an email stating the people to contact are Hendley Enterprises INC at (XXX) XXX-XXXX.*** said a representative from Hendley Enterprises INC would be contacting me to investigate and provide closure. No response yet.
Feb. 3, 2020 - I called Hendley Enterprises INC and left my name, phone number, and email for them to contact me. So far, no response.
Trusting the gas of Exxon Mobil in Richburg, SC cost me $1,280.72.
