after scheduling my daughter at a different location for service the nurse throws her chart at me stating it will coast her $200 to be seen at this location. Usually if there are any additional charges they are given before the appointment , so to have a chart thrown in my face is very UNACCEPTABLE! today 12/7/22 at 10:30 am at BIGBEND location

[redacted] · May 29, Fantastic shop, management, very skilled & knowledgeable techsThey took great care of my vehicle & while waiting they offered a variety of drinks, I watched TV comfortably and it was a very clean waiting roomThey are very fair on price, honest and accommodating...no need to go to a high end dealership and over pay for services anymore, I'm a customer for lifeThanks y'all! P.S- they even washed my car and left it looking cleaner than when I dropped it off

This was my first visit and it want be my lastEveryone was so niceMy experience was awesomeMike was really nice and explain everything to me in terms a lady can understandLOL! He was up front and honest with the diagnostic of my carThey have earn my business if anything go wrong with my car in future
