Great Expressions Dental Centers Of Massachusetts

This office messed up dates and times for my daughters appointments and took us 4 months to schedule her wisdom teeth removal and the day before (a Sunday) her appointment she was texted the appointment was cancelled and then the next day a half hour before the appointment was originally scheduled for she received an “OOPS” text saying it was a mistake. She had not fasted and when contacting the office, I have not received a call back from the 6 calls I made to ask what happened. Have been trying to get ahold of Corporate with no avail. Next is Attorney Generals Office. The dentists are great, it is the administration at the front desk that seem to be the problem.
