Great Deals Towing

I called Great Deals Towing. They stated that my car, along with 40+ others was towed on April 7, 2018 and notice was sent out on April 10. I informed them that I never got any notices. Great Deals Towing aka ***. refused to provide their address and names upon request. Once the person who answered the phones refused to provide their name, I asked her for the manager and owner, she sarcastically stated she was both, but still refused to provide her name and the location of their office, then disconnected the call in my face. No one would provide me the reason the car was towed, their names, or addresses, but had the audacity to try and extort money from me by threatening me into “paying the $*** storage fees owed today or the car will be auctioned off today!” “Rep 1” (name she provided) approved my request for some "additional time" to re-claim my vehicle. (I have audio recording of the phone calls). *** Stated they dont even have the right to auction the car at this point in time because no paperwork has been filed to claim the vehicle. The business advertises a false adress online and with the State Corp Commission too; could not find the business.

My vehicle was towed November 25, 2017 by Great Deals Towing. I recieved my vehicle back Tuesday November 29, 2017. The front right tire was flat so they put air into it for me. I was leaving and noticed the traction control light and ABS light on. I got not even a minute away from the lot and realized something was wrong. It felt as if you were driving with the emergency brake on and when you turned in either direction, it made a rubbing noise and sounded like the wheel was literally going to snap off. I drove back to the lot, a man drove my vehicle and admitted something was wrong and informed me to take it to Dodge and that if I needed their insurance information, they'd provide it. I got the insurance information and filed a complaint. Dodge has proven that the damage to my vehicle was due to improper towing. I need a new rear differential and a new transfer case because the driver improperly towed a AWD vehicle. Their insurance is now saying the driver said he did everything correctly and they're not sure if they'll claim damages. Dodge has provided, notes, estimate and pictures showing this damage is from this tow.
