Great American Trolley Co

I ordered the specific trolley with air conditioning 8 months prior to the event. When the trolley arrived the driver explained the A/C was not working. Liquid was leaking from a hose on the blower unit, onto the person sitting below.
There was also an exhaust leak odor entering the interior of the trolley. Shabby condition all around. The AC filters were FILTHY!!!! I'm sure they were never maintained.
The driver was very nice.
I called on Monday to discuss problems and spoke with the owner. His response was to refund the $100 up charge for A/C. I told him a better answer would be an apology, and checking the trolley prior to sending it out for a wedding. His response was that "you should have read the fine print...WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE TROLLEY, yoU GOT PHOTOS WITh THE TROLLEY!"
If all I wanted was photos with a trolley I would have rented the $400 less expensive trolley from MAC with no A/C! I thought I was getting the trolley as pictured on their website.
Jeanne, the detail person was very nice, and as an employee could only do what her boss said I imagine. She also assured me that said trolley is in the garage for repair now!!!! My wedding is over, so that does me no good.
The fault was mine in not reading the fine print, which will alert the customer that they are getting any trolley, in whatever condition.
I stopped in the office to collect my refund, and noted there is no attention to detail.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!
