I love their online store. I found it easy to find what I was looking for. Their delivery time was great.
My mom ordered two Christmas mugs from the catalog, and when she received them, one of them had a chip in the handle. This year they also offered pre-paid certificates for photo products. I design photo books and calendars all the time, so I thought that would be a great option for us. I ordered certificates for three calendars and our Christmas cards. I encountered nothing but problems with their software, and I use a computer that runs graphic design software so I know it was not my computer. Either their software isn't designed properly, or their server is not adequate to handle the uploads. Their customer service has been terrible and I have not been able to get answers to any of my questions. The deadline they posted on their web site for delivery before Christmas was December 3. I placed my order on December 1 and only received one of my calendars before Christmas. As of January 7 I still have not received the third calendar or the Christmas cards, which obviously I can't even send out now. I just received an e-mail today (January 7) telling me my order was being processed, and to please allow 10-15 business days for processing. I have tried calling them and using the contact form on their web site and get nowhere with them.
I can't in good conscience allow my son to sell products from this company again.
