I am rejecting this response because we feel the issue still stands. Compensation for a deposit that was never deemed non-refundable has still not been returned. GRBIC still has not provided any documentation showing their deposits are considered...
non-refundable other than stating they said so at some point. We never agreed to an un-refundable deposit nor did we have a written contract provided or agreed upon. We are unsatisfied with GRBIC's response and wish to move forward with our complaint.
