We have tried to fix this TV several times, but we cannot replicate the problem. Our repairman has told the customer that as soon as it acts up to call him, and he will go right over to the house.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They ended up giving us a new tv, like we had requested.
