The guests checked in Saturday Aug6, 2016, which is the busiest day of the weekIn fact, we had only a few rooms left because it was an extremely busy day throughout townThey checked in after midnight, stayed in the room for almost hour and asked for a refundSo they clearly used the room for an hour and didn't want to payOur hotel business policy is minutes stay or night stay, you will be charged the same The room they stayed was remodeled with new carpet, maybe that smells like mildew, but its actually a new carpet smellIn this area, we have a lot of rain in the winter time, so we put moisture absorber every roomAlso because the room was remodeled, fixtures such as the shower and faucet were all in good condition The room that they stayed, we rented to many other guest, but we had no complaintsThey are insulting our property and all other guests who stay hereOur charge is proper and we have the right to charge guests who use our rooms

We changed our credit card machine lately, so I made mistake at that time, I pre-authorized amount of $instead of refund
So I refunded to Mr*** credit card today Jan25,

The guests checked in Saturday Aug. 6, 2016, which is the busiest day of the week. In fact, we had only a few rooms left because it was an extremely busy day throughout town. They checked in after midnight, stayed in the room for almost 1 hour and asked for a refund. So they clearly used the...
room for an hour and didn't want to pay. Our hotel business policy is 10 minutes stay or 1 night stay, you will be charged the same.
The room they stayed was remodeled with new carpet, maybe that smells like mildew, but its actually a new carpet smell.
