was made and the new technician determined the problem was related to a sock that was blocking the drainStill no follow up regarding the previous visits that we paid for to replace all the parts that were not causing the issueThis is what my complaint is related to and this is still unresolved

During our latest service visit we removed additional items from the washing machine tub to pump hose. These items were not present during the previous visit.I tried to contact the consumer by phone yesterday and left a message asking for a return phone call. I have yet to receive a return phone call.I have also prepared a refund check in the amount of $to renew the customers faith in our business.I hope in the future if the consumer has any concerns that he contacts us directly, rather than posting negative reviews and Revdex.com complaints
