Review: I've made several attempts to have the doctor or his office manager explain why certain test were requested, such as hepatitis A, B and C when I was referred to this doctor for Hives. He ordered a battery of all kinds of blood test resulting in an outrageous bill from [redacted]. When I asked for an explanation I was told, at least 5 or 6 different times the office manager would get back to me, with the explanation. To date, I have heard nothing and suspect I will get threats from [redacted] for their payment. I don't know if the doctor's service receives compensation for the test he refers but I thought some where just unnecessary and without explanation. If you need additional documentation I will provide.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation as to why certain test were performed why the results were not forwarded to my primary docter to review. I also need to know if this doctor does receive compensation from the diagnostic center for the number of test he orders.
Review: To Whom It May Concern:I am disputing a $25 charge on my bill, from service dated 11/6/12. The transaction is coded as No Show. The amount is in error because I never agreed/consented to such follow-up appointment. Once, I learned of this bill in Jan of 2013, I have called the office numerous times and left several messages with a [redacted], who agreed to forward the message to the office mgr, [redacted], who was very busy. Despite leaving over 13 messages ovr 4 month period, [redacted] nor anyone from the office has replied to my complaint. At one point, [redacted] did verify that my previous contact information was not updated back in November, which confirms that there was noway I confirm alleged appt. [redacted] has been sincere in her approach, but it appears my efforts have not gone beyond her desk. Now, I am receiving written threats, stating I have not responded to the "past due bill" and risk being forwarded over to collection agency. Also, back in Feb, I did contact the billing dept directly at [redacted], and a [redacted] (spelling?) noted my concerns, but stated that she would have to get an update directly from the office. Dr. Graves has always been professional and fantastic in his medical approach, but the manner in which this has been continuously overlooked is absurd and goes against his practices.Desired Settlement: Please remove the $25.00 charge from my account. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.
