our area works on a basis that each dog has an individual price that may change from one appt to another I am not working on some imaginary premise that I charge differently than other groomersThe client was charged exactly as is stated on my website, no additional fees, and I had NOT charged the day care fee that she should have been paying for dropping her dog off hours early plus leaving dog until the end of the business day, hours after the end of her appt time I had emailed the client prior to cancelling her future appts, which I did so because she advised that she would be finding another groomer I do not know how/why the client thinks I am "defaming her character" I completely do not understand where this idea has come from I will not be accepting any future appts from this client either
