(again, [redacted] at [redacted]) on one computer (computer name "MacBook Pro") on the same date as purchased. The license has been used since then - most recently yesterday, on 11/7/16). Based on the notification of complaint we received from the Revdex.com, we contacted the customer via email at t[redacted]@gmail.com on 10/24/16 and offered a return and full refund of the recently purchased license. We have not received a reply, and as the license has continued to be used, we now consider this case closed. Thank you.
