Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory only on the conditions that should the CD or Flash drive is damaged, it can't be opened, I will no longer accept anything else from this company, I will no longer need the Revdex.com assistance. I will file a small claims suit within the *** ** ***. I have been overly fair, clear with my request and patient

RE: Complaint ID[redacted]
Customer's Statement of the problem:
"I ordered stickers from this company for my [redacted] Program and they agreed to send with the stickers, the graphics of the design on CD". At the time [redacted] asked this, the...
method CD was not mentioned. She wanted the graphics she paid for and we provided them.
"We an additional fee to have this company convert the design and to provide us with a CD." [redacted] provided us with a .jpg file (which would not provide a clear, sharp printed image) and she paid an additional fee of $25 to have the design converted from a .jpg format to a vectored .cdr format (which we could use for her decals, providing a clear, sharp image). At the time of this discussion a CD was not mentioned... just that she wanted the artwork she paid for.
"Instead, I get an email (that I can not open) supposively with the design."
As we have explained to [redacted], unless there is graphic software installed on her computer, she will not be able to open it. It will need to be opened by someone who has the software, such as a graphic artist. It is irrelevant whether the files are on a CD or in an email. To avoid any further delay in her getting the file, and considering the possibility of a mailed CD getting lost or damaged, we emailed her the artwork in two different vectored formats... .eps and .cdr. [redacted] paid for the artwork to be converted from a .jpg format to a vectored .cdr format. We, as a courtesy to her, also provided it to her in .eps vectored format. [redacted] asked for the vectored artwork that she paid for, and we sent it to her.
"They have violated our agreement and did not honor the agreement." [redacted] asked for the artwork she paid for, and we provided it.
"Additionally, they keep referring to our organization as [redacted] when we are clearly [redacted]."
We have apologized for the misnomer. We work with several [redacted] schools and it was an oversight.
"Request your assistance with getting these people to do what they are supposed to do." [redacted] asked for her artwork, and we provided it. We don't know what else we can do.
In reference to [redacted]'s desired settlement:
(1) "This company has told us one thing with cost, then changed when I questioned them".
We believe she is referring to the quote for the decals. The quote for quantity of 75 was $1 each. The quote for the sample quantity of 1 was $1.54. The sample quote
clearly states that the $1.54 was "(including shipping"). (See other [redacted] with recap of our correspondence with [redacted])
(2) "They were told to destroy my credit card information and they told me they would keep it on file for future reference." On 3/28/14 when I asked [redacted] if she wanted to use the same card ending in [redacted] (the one she used for the sample decal), she said she had a new card and told me to destroy that credit card info. I immediately did so.
(3) "They promised to send the graphics design of the emblem on CD when they sent the stickers, now I get an email with an attachment of the design. They violated their agreement with me." During email and/or telephone correspondence [redacted] had asked for the artwork and we agreed.
When she said we did not send a CD with the decals, we said we'd get it out to her. However, to avoid any further delay in her getting the file, and considering
the possibility of a mailed CD getting lost or damaged, we emailed her the artwork in two different vectored formats... .eps and .cdr.
