Grapevine Salons

I visited the South Location of Grapevine Salons and I had a really bad experience with one of the businesses contracting a space with Gravevine Salons.

I visited PoshSalon and experienced rude behavior from *** clients. She was workin on another client while working on me, and her client started talking about *** hats and other potlical jargon. I told *** later on that this was offensive and I expected a respectful comment like "this won't happen again, etc.." but that was not the case. She didn't care. She also told me that she did not have any business insurance even though the Grapevine Salon lease agreement requires it. All of this together- is just a show of blatent disregard for customer service and customer safety. She seemed proud that she didn't have insurance and she even said she had never looked into it. This is completely unprofessional- and I hope that Grapevine Salons remedies these issues.
