I spent two phone calls with business before purchasing to do a campaign. We discussed strategy in detail and the functionality and ease of use of the tool. I was led to believe not only would the tool house my campaigns, allow us time to respond, but also function properly

Within 4 days of the campaign running, the campaign was deleted and all the messages we had previously exchanged with creators were ALL gone.

I immediately emailed and expressed my disatisfaction and willingness for them to either fix asap or issue refund of $199 fee.

We traded over 40 emails where not only did I give them insight and spend my time (average rate billed at $1000 + hour) , I then had questions I asked them, and new information came to light that they delete information after 7 days which was not shared and we would not have agreed to if we had know.

Five days later and another phone call follow up and confirmation of refund from ***, I then get an email that it is "Against their policy " to issue a refund

WOW the audacity - not only not an apology for a terrible onboarding and first campaign experience but they have the audancity to try and keep our money.

This company should not be allowed to do business.
