I am trying to help Mr. [redacted]'s issue get solved but am waiting for answers to several questions aboutthe claim. They are as follows.1) The tow was an impoundment for a DU I. Was the damage done in the course of the DUI and hedoesn't remember it?2) The paper was not marked "no damage", the officer...

did not mark any of the indicators fordamage. A 23 year old vehicle is most likely to have some damage somewhere. The officer justfailed to complete his procedure.3) We have no tow truck with anything light blue on it and nothing that is 19 inches off the ground.4) We have no driver named "Cory". The drivers name was Dave.5 I Dave stated that he pointed out the damage to the officer prior to hooking up. I needverification of this in order to proceed.I explained to Mr. [redacted] that I had a call into Officer [redacted] and was waiting for a response beforeanything could be done and the reasons why. He then said he wanted us to take care of it immediatelyand I did say that we are not in the business of handing out money without confirming that we owe it. Ionly hung up after I told him that I was not going to argue with him as it was pointless until I hear backfrom the officer.I have called 3 times and left messages for Officer [redacted] with no response. Starting today I will be callingevery day until I hear back.
