I am rejecting this response because: The store manager did contact me. HOWEVER...his offer was NOT as stated. He did offer the refund, of which I declined. He did NOT offer any gifts cards, NOR any offer of free car washes as he stated. Again, this shows that...

this [redacted] is NOT honest. He NEVER apoligized for selling a service, taking my money and not being able to fulfill the sold services when expected. A simple, I'm sorry you had this trouble would have been a nice way to start the conversation with a complaining customer. Had he said sorry, I would have accepted the offer of a refund, and would have responded to the Revdex.com compliant as resolved. I hope that others may learn from my experience with this location and not do business with this [redacted] location. [redacted]...you have lost my business.
