schedule.  We have 160 miles of open ditches and canals that we supply water to from the River and thru town.  We supply farmers as well as residential patrons.  The patron that is being referred to, is an 89 year old man who gets water only on Sunday; which does bring the canal down.  He has 5 acres and this is the only day he gets water.  We have talked to our ditchwalker to get more water into this canal to hopefully resolve this problem.  As I said before, the [redacted] do get water seven days a week and this patron only gets his water on Sunday.  The District does not give carte blanche to anyone in the District.We are in a drought condition this year so everyone needs to conserve as much as possible.  If the [redacted] want information about buying out of the District, all that is needed is for them to call the office and we will send them all the information that is necessary to do to do this.
