Thank-you for the opportunity to respond to complaint #***. I am sorry the individual filing the complaint was not satisfied with our service. We work hard to deliver and our success is dependent on the success of our clients.In the matter at hand we did turnover nine potential sellers to the complainant, that in accordance with the terms of our agreement. We were able to determined that one of these nine was contacted by this individual.The complainant notified us that he wished to withdraw from the agreement and wanted a refund of the deposit. We responded that a refund was not required under the terms of the agreement and we expressed that we were sorry he was canceling the agreement. We offered at that time that if he would agree to remain in the agreement we would continue to provide him with leads as called for in the agreement. He refused this offer.To settle the matter we will once again offer to provide services to the complainant with the provision that he agree to reinstate the agreement and to make a reasonable effort to contact leads we provide. I hope this offer of resolution will be satisfactory.
