I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. But what happens when the company does not fulfill its obligation; I called the company at least five times and at least three times they said they would be out to make repairs but never didWe will see if they do so in the Spring

Business states it is too cold to repair the issues now. He will contact consumer in April, when he is back in the state, to set up a time to seal the cracks. If consumer would like to contact him, he can at ###-###-####.
