On June at 3:PM, I agreed to have my kitchen remodeled with granite counter tops & floor tileDeposited 50% of the total prize of the projectI was given an appointment date on July 1,for Template measurement at 2:00pmAt around 1:PM July 1,2016, the Secretary of the company called saying they will reschedule the appointment on Tuesday 5th of July because they do not have someone else to send , Thinking this deal does not look or sounds good, I told the Secretary to please cancel the projectIt has been almost days from the transaction and also I have change my mindI ask her to refund back my deposit and she agreed to refund it that day, 1st of July
Around 1:45pm, The Secretary called back saying the same person who can not come earlier is availableI told her "NO" because I have cancelled it and thinking being a shady deal from the beginning, I have change my mind
I contacted my credit card deptto dispute the charge and it is in the process
To this day Granite company has not refunded my depositIf it is a reputable company, they could have settled this sooner
