Granite Depot

Granite Depot denies claimants account of events as presentedGranite Depot has made several good faith attempts to contact and/or deliver the merchandise that the claimants obviously changed their mind on and now simply want a refund The attached Job Contract clearly states the conditions of their clearance sale purchase including the terms of cancellation

In response to Granite Depot reference number [redacted] We did sign contracts with them but our original drawing can't not be found [redacted] admits that in an email she sent meAlso our drawling in our contract is different from from theirsI would like to point out a few things as well [redacted] told us sq ft that's why we needed two slabs of granite and we could use remnants for our bathroom If you look to the right of the drawling contract it is on there where [redacted] wrote it on there We had emailed him a rough draft not sure what we was doing with the island and bar and when we went in took him our plans and he made a copy of them but they can't find it now per ***'s email Look at the date on the drawling contract says 1-28-and we went in on 1-30-and that is when changes were madeI don't know what they are trying to pull but it's not rightAlso they do not have sq ft of granite on any of the contract paperwork [redacted] said sq ft but it is no where on paper work [redacted] told us sq ft when we was in there but neither one of them add up to those two number per their drawlingWe are will to one get all of our $deposit back in full or them to install the granite for original costWe was under contract for the amount of $not what the new invoice saysAlso since they would be delivering granite and sinks out here I am pretty sure they have to charge our tax rate here which is 2.9% not % they chargedI faxed documents to support as evidenceSincerely yours, [redacted]
