The company’s rep is Salvador ***, he didn’t fulfill the agreement, we started back in September 2019, after many delays on his party, he informed us if we are not happy we can cancel, but we tried to go forward, then he informed us that he already returned the material (quartz), and that we will get the refund within 2 to 4 weeks, from his company, until now he is still running us around with all all kinds of stories. that his company will issue the refund, since back in October, 2019, a proof of my check in the amount of $3000 dated Oct. 20, 2019 issued personally to his name Salvador ***. We tried to be patient but as you can see he continues with lots of delays, We are seniors in our 70’s we feel we’ve been taken advantage.
