We were also approached by this individual on June 22, 2016 and he was still doing the same scam. We heard from him before, though. It was on September 24, 2015 stating the following: "I represent an accredited group of individual investors interested in participating in a private placement in [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] or by email at [redacted]" This is his arena in finding entities to fall for it. But this time, he was asking to be hired as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for him to start looking for funding for the company with a $5,500 per month pay for his attempt to find funding. If he did not find funds, we could fire him. When you see this individual's emails, please protect yourself and delete them. Don't do conference calls. Don't even bother to sign an NDA because it will be a huge waste of time and effort from your part.

I was contacted by [redacted] of Granite Bay Financial Group claiming to be interested in helping raise capital. He lied. Then after getting a $5000 retainer, he dodged all contact. He is NOT a man of integrity and is not to be trusted. His word is no good.
