Review: While providing childcare for my two young children ages 2 and 3, we were waiting for state of WI childcare aide benefits to come through. While waiting we paid the childcare facility in full for all childcare with the understanding that any cash payments made to the facility that were in excess would be returned to us after the State financial aid posted. The state payments have come and now the childcare facility of Grandma's House will not return over payment amounts to me. The overpayment amount is $298.00. The facility is charging us for days our children were not physically in their care. Why would we pay for services that were not rendered? Why would we pay someone to care for our children when they did not? My children were in their care for a total of 10 days and they want to charge us for a total of 16.. So 6 additional days that my children were not under their supervision or in their facility, 6 additional days nig children were not PHYSICALLY IN THEIR CARE. In addition, the facility states I owe them $130.00 and they will "cut their loses and not invoice me for this amount". The total amount due was $1070.00. They accepted $642 in cash from myself and my co-parent and $726 from the State of Wisconsin. Double dipping to say the very least. I have contacted several people within the organization all telling me they are refusing to give me back the money I am due. All employees of the business were rude and unprofessional, incredibly Ill mannered, comparing my situation to that of an electric bill. I would like to formally file a complaint on this buisness and the people who run it, their behavior and treatment of parents and their consumers and the mistreatment of money in not returning our rightful funds.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount due back of $298.00.
