Grandel's Construction & Roofing

Grandel's did an amazing job replacing my porch. I was so impressed with how it turned out, it's absolutely gorgeous! I'm also extremely impressed with the crew. They showed up early and were extremely efficient. The porch was done well within the timeline they gave me, even with losing over a day to rain and having to do additional work on the porch ceiling that we weren't expecting. This was a total porch replacement including removing concrete stairs, pouring new footings, and rebuilding basically everything except the roof. For the work they did and how fast they actually were, I think the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them and hire them again. They were also really good about communicating with me on the project.

I have had Grandel Construction help me with projects around our house, tearing up a driveway to patch work on my roof. Very clean, professional, and respectful. Hail storms hit our area in west omaha and this is what impressed me about their company. Grandel Construction handled the whole process, from dealing with the insurance company to scheduling the different crews out. Zach Grandel would call me with a heads up, "the roofers are going to be out or the gutter guys are coming out this day, etc". It was Great! One company took care of everything and gave me piece of mind. I will continue to recommend and use Grandel Construction.
