poor service giving me hard timeI have a home at [redacted] and I use to pay my hoa every month and was never late. Well a year or 2 aqgo the changed the way we have to pay in order to cader to the people that didnt pay ontime so they cant use the swimming pool. I am not sure that change was even ratified leageally by 80% of the homowners signatures.But now I done even understand when to payments have to be in and I was sent a letter that payment was late and now I have been calling for 2 days and when I get someone on the phone they will not even take my payment because I guess its only one person that knows about it. I have called 4 times today trying to get someone and they keep telling me someone if going to call back and one person even asked me didnt I understand the email which I dont Desired SettlementI want to talk to a PERSON thatcan tell me if I am late and when payment has to be inBusiness Response The assessment payment process has never been monthly and has always been due before pool season started. Payments are explained on the website and a link is available for questions: www.[redacted]. The home owner may also make a payment from the website or mail the payment as indicated. This has been the same for the last ten years so perhaps the home owner is confusing this with another property they own. The person answering the phone doesn't take payments or discuss account balances over the phone so if they couldn't make a payment any other way the appropriate person would have called him back to process his payment by phone. Finally, all of this was also mailed and emailed to the home owner earlier in the year along with a follow-up statement recently with the account balance.
