agreed to do a job for me and asked for 1,800 upon start. He showed up for a couple of hours and has not been back since. He has given me every excuse why he hasn’t shown up. His cousin is in the hospital, he is in the hospital, he will tell me he is in his way and never show up. I have asked for a refund and the key to the property and now he is just not responding. He also had a business under another name and has similar complaints posted. His HIC license is also expired.

I signed up a contract with Granda’s Brother’s Construccion works on March 6th for a siding job that was supposed to take two weeks. It’s been 2 months. The job is still not done. Sometimes, he works 2 days, at times, he doesn’t come at all. He demolished one of the decks, and should have replaced them, it’s been a month, nothing has been done. He claimed he couldn’t work for two weeks, in the meantime, he’s taking other jobs from different jobs with other clients. It’s causing a safety for myself, and my tenants.
I’m extremely stressed by his constant lies, and excuses. He is not an honest contractor. He takes down payment from different clients, and gave them the run around.

I HIRED THIS CO. TO REPAIR MY GARGE ON 5/20/17 AND GAVE A $1,000 DEPOSIIT. ON 6/20 HE HAD NOT STARTED THE JOB. WHEN HE WAS CONTACTED HE SAID HE WOULD ORDER THE MATERIALS AND DELIVER. MANY PHONE CALSS LATER AND HE STILL HASN'T SHOWN UP. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AS HE DIDN'T FULFILL HIS END. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR REFUND FROM *** AND HE WOULD BRING THE CASH BY WHEN THAT HAPPENED. HE HAS REFUSED TO RETURN MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND IS NOW REFUSING PHONE CALLS. I AM 62 YEARS OLD, SUFFERED A STROKE WHICH LEFT ME UNABLE TO SPEAK AND MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE MADE CALLS FOR ME ARE MOST UPSET THAT HE HAS NOT RETURNED MY MONEY.
