We have over 6 signs posted in our store that explain there is no exchange or refund and all sales are final. However, certain things do come up and we will "bend the rules". When this consumer came in she tried on all three of the wigs. She...

didn't buy them in a pack and take them home to find this problem. She came back a couple days later complaining to the stylist that there was hair missing. None of that was ever an issue when she tried them on. We do not know if she did something when she left our store. She saw it fit to purchase when she tried it on in the store.
If she wants to continue this dispute, she should contact the manufacturer and try with them.
