I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Payment arrangements were offered, with a finance fee, after both clients had contacted the veterinary office to dispute the charges. That is just poor business practice in my Opinion. I do have a corrected address of the training facility [redacted] [redacted] WI? 54448.  I apologize.  As far as notifying either of us what any fees would be that did NOT happen. We were under the impression we would be having our horses vaccinated along with a barn full of other horses. Per Keri [redacted] the trainer. She is the person who set up the appointment, and made mention of this clinic being across the street at another facility, When we discussed what took place with the trainer she said "sorry, guess there was a misunderstanding" The veterinary clinic also stated per a phone call that they had in fact been in the area but they still wouldn't discount out farm call.  I paid towards this bill in good faith. I have been trying to determine the best course of action in this matter and did not offer to make further payment until this matter was resolved.  Perhaps The Veterinary clinic should take this matter up with Ms. [redacted] for not being forthright.there has been no attempt to rectify this situation by either the veterinary facility or Ms. [redacted].
