I bought a Treager grill less thanmonths ago which has a year warranty..it has stopped working times and I paid $for this grillI understand things can go wrong but times in months ? They will not replace my grill with a new one or refund my money..I would be very satisfied if they would just exchange it for a new one...It has been a lemon since I bought it
I brought my lawn mower in to be serviced for a broken wheel and self propel option in September under a warrantyI was told they had to order parts weeks passed so I called to check on it and I was told it would be a while they would call meI heard nothing for months, finally I called in late April and I was told it was readyI picked it up and weeks later I was ready to cut the grass for the first time since being repairedAs soon as I started it I had things rattling off from the vibrationI noticed there were multiple screws missing, one being on the handle itself so it could not be pushed or pulledI loaded my lawnmower up and took it back to the shop to show them what I noticed and they didnt even want to come out to look at itThe worker was soo busy pushing the blam onto me I was so upset I asked for the managers card *** *** and walked outI called the next day and I got the same attitude from the managerHe informed me that our lawn mower was ready in Octbut no one called He said he did not know what I did to the lawn mower in the last weeks must be my fault and was very smug about itNo customer service skills at allI had to call the manufacture myself and order the parts, which were free because of the warrantyVery shady companyDo not trust them at all
horrible customer service, had my grill months before the control panel broke, spent hour on the phone diagnosing the problem, then they send the wrong part, call back spend hour and minutes on holdfinally get through and get the right part coming and ask to talk to a manager and he hung up on me
I rented a cotton candy machine here for my daughters birthday partyWhen we went to pick it up we were informed it was brokenWhen we further questioned this, they changed their story and told us they had rented it out to someone else even though we had it reserved and we had already paid for half of itWe were obviously upset by this and after asking for our money back we were told to leave the store and told that we would be black listed from the storeWe never got our money back or a cotton candy machine
