Wish we would have seen the red flags in the beginning when they said they would not do an open house or work on getting the house sold-said the house would sell itselfThey did practically nothing to promote the selling of the house aside from taking pictures and listing itIn months time there were only walkthroughs done by another real estate companyNow that it's getting close to the contract ending and the price lowered substantially they allowed an offer of 40k less than the lowered asking price to be submittedWhen they were confronted about doing nothing for the first months of the contract, the owner of this company was more condescending than usualLooking forward to having another Real Estate company take over once the contract with this company is expired
