I started off excited to have my son's birthday cake done hereI emailed and calledA total of three times to make sure my son's cake would be completed and picked up for his birthday party on 01/09/Everything seemed ok even after I got passed the first contact not having my order placed or a phone call back as promisedFast forward to the day of pick upAs my husband, son and I are ready to leave out to make the hour drive, we get a call from a guy screaming and demanding a credit card for our order over the phoneI said why are you calling with a rude tone and screaming, I confirmed my order yesterday and we are paying in cashStill screaming he said you need to give me your card now, we need deposit which was never taken from you and your goning to give me it now for this orderI could never hardly speak, he was screaming at me so loud that my husband could hear him and said why is he yelling at you? Let me talk to himIt only got worse this employee got even worse not allowing my husband to talk then after asking can I talk now, my husbsnd said why are you calling screaming at us when its you all that made the mistake and again we will be up there to pick up and payThis must of sent him on edge because he acted like we did something to him but yhe good thing to orove this is we decided to record the call after my husband got on because we were going to take it there for the manager to listen, when we pick up our cake.He said people like your kind always try to not pay for your ordersMy husband said people like what kind,what do you mean ? Im done talking with you put your manager on,he started laughing and said I am the manger in s smug voiceWe at that point decided he could keep the cake because the way he treated us , he might spit,sneeze or do anything to our cakeI am very very disappointed in this so called weekend manger Mike (which may not be his true title or name) but this guy actions have caused me, my family and friends and there friends and family to never go to the cheese cake company in grand rapids ever again and I will share this recording with everyone I run in contact withThanks for ruining my son's day and you should be fired for how you treated us
