We've lived in our Grandhaven home for several years now and this review is well overdue. This is the 3rd new home we've owned so we have some experience with builders and new houses. Ours has not been without it's issues, none of them were, but I have been so impressed with the customer service and integrity of our Superintendent and the customer service personnel. They have been responsive and gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to help us solve issues or fix things, including intervening with vendors who were supposed to be warrantying services or equipment directly. I would buy another home from Grandhaven without hesitation. Home buying and home ownership can be a stressful experience because so many unforeseen things can happen and I can truthfully say that the people at Grandhaven have really been supportive, responsive and friends to us in the process.

I had contracted with Grand Haven and given them a deposit for $10,000. I was then advised I had been diagnosed with cancer so I cancelled the contract but Grand Haven retained the deposit. I have now set up a treatment program to deal with the cancer and contracted on a new home with Grand haven and Grand Haven has allowed me to use the original deposit for the new home. They have showed they care about their customers. Thank you Grand Haven.
