After looking into this issue, I have learned that this complaint was filed over days ago and since then, and the problem was resolved with the pool builder ( [redacted] ***) and the customer ( [redacted] )In fact, on July of this year, we sent a new control valve system (with larger valves and piping) and the system works properly, according to the pool builderYou should expect a retraction letter or statement from both pool builder and customerI hope this takes care of this issue at this pointThank you for sending this to meIf there is anything else required on our part, please let me knowThanks
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Whomever responded, completely ignores the 6+ months of hell they have put us thru. Grand Effects DESIGNED and FABRICATED this system. Grand Effects consistently kept blaming my pool builder, [redacted], for the system not working properly. They kept telling him he didn’t install it properly…..even though THEIR representative in [redacted] could never really find anything wrong with the installation, but also could NOT figure out why it wouldn’t work....just a lot of poking and hoping. [redacted] went to great time and expense to try EVERY remedy/solution they suggested. In reality, the problem all along was improper DESIGN by Grand Effects, which we suspected from the very beginning. [redacted] needs to be reimbursed for ALL the many wasted man hours and materials, with an apology to [redacted] AND me for their ignorance and HORRIBLE Customer Service. Until that happens there will never be a retraction letter or statement.AND, it STILL is not working properly. IF not resolved, I want a complete refund or I will take legal action.
Regards,
[redacted]
