Review: We had oil leak in our car. Grand auto fixed the leak and charged us $1600 for it. The problem reoccurred. They kept the car for 2 weeks and returned it claiming its fixed. A week after I started to smell the burned oil again. They kept the car for another 2 weeks and returned today (February 7, 2015). It started difficultly at first. The mechanic said because it is an old car. We did not have any ignition problems when we dropped the car. 2 hours later we wanted to use the car and now it is not working at all. We have been dealing with this problem for over 2 months now. My husband and I are both working and now we have to rent a car and get this one fixed at another place and pay something similar for the same job.Desired Settlement: We want mechanic to refund our money so we can pay it to another mechanic to get the same job done.

Review: I sent my car Grand Automotive for a bumper repair because of an accident and my insurance will cover the repair cost. [redacted] ( the owner of the body shop) said he will repair it in maximum 5 days. well it took him more than a week for the repair. second I found out that my car mileage is way more than expected and the Gas tank almost empty since it was more than 3/4 of the tank when I gave him the car in the first time. after I received the car I noticed that the paint is not matching the rest of the vehicle. so I took back to him to see it. and he said it need some polish. so he did the polish and the paint still does not match. so I took it to him the third time and he said he will go back to the paint store to match the color. he took the car for 4 days and return the it back to me with a quarter tank since it was more than a half tank. he drove it for 50 miles this time. now after I looked at my toll road statement I found out I was charged 8 times from the toll road with about 21 dollars from the first time I gave the car to the shop ( I gave the car to the shop on Apr 09 2014) and the charges were on Apr 14 2014. and still the paint does not match completely since he didn't order the paint from the dealer in the beginning .he claimed that the car was not used during the repair time and I have a proof that he used the car many many times. which proofs that he maybe loaned my car to one of his customers as he did with me when he gave me one of the customers car to borrow during the second and third time visit when I returned my car to him.Desired Settlement: all what I need is my money back. - The car didn't been repaired correctly ( what ever the insurance paid him for fixing ~ $2000)(this is because I am going to send the car to a different repair shop to do the repairs)- The Gas it was used during his repairs when he has the car($100)- the mileage usage ~ $25- The toll Road charges - $20.95
