He has done this to the excavator as well and has only paid the excavator half of the bill
Customer did not make us, nor the
excavator, aware of any complaints until we attempted to collect the final payments
He explained to us that "the business in StLouis would have done it cheaper", which leads us to believe he is filing this complaint because he no longer wants to pay the price he has agreed on
Further reductions are not going to happen and we will be pursuing the money he has failed to pay us
