We received the Revdex.com complaint regarding the water damaged on the 1st and 2nd floor rear bedroomsAfter discussing
this with the owner we have both agreed for Second City Roofing to wait for a call from the homeowner informing us which day to return and repair the damaged bedroom wallsIt is our intention to service this in an expeditious manner
Review: I ordered a pair of $200 boots on sale for $50, order number [redacted]. I got an email canceling the order with a phone number and a substitute. I called to accept the substitute but was told it would be $200. I complained that it appeared to be bait and switch and since I ordered online, Grainger knew at time of order what stock they had.Desired Settlement: Grainger should supply me with the suggested substitute for the price already paid.

Boots were on clearance with limited availability throughout the country. Customer was offered system recommended alternate product which was at full list price to avoid item remaining on back order. Customer preferred original boots so we are making arrangements to fulfill order ASAP.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Grainger has shipped the boots, and resolved this in a quick friendly manner.

Review: I order a motor for grainger on may 05/23/2013 The order was received on 05/27/2013 ?. I called the tech to ionstall the motoe I was told the motor was incorrect and could not be use ( has not been install). I called graingers at ###-###-#### on or around 05/28/2013 I explained the problem and was told a called woukld be sent out to pick the inn correct part. As 06/05/2013 I relized the part was still waiting to be pick for refund. I call grainger again on 06/05/2013 this a very very rude lady told me in noway was I told that grainger would sent out a pick tag she went on to tell if I want to returm an item just ship to them period I expalined that grainger sent out a psrt that grainger said would work and this is the peoblem IT WON"T WORK PERIOD.Desired Settlement: I want Grainger to sent out a pick tag and then make a full refund for the INNCORRECT item grainger shipped that thier employee said would and it won't. I don't feel that I should have to pay for return shiiping for grainger mistake. Order # [redacted] UPS Tracking # [redacted]
