We requested that Mr*** provide us with a repair order from the servicing dealer who performed the repair and we would refund him for the charge. He has not provided us with that information. He actually told us that he could not provide us that information. We will be glad to
refund him for the repair if he will provide us with a copy of the paid bill showing the repair that was completed. We require a copy for our records as this is company policy
