Graham sports had responded back to me on 5/ All that was said was they talked to the vendor again I have not been contacted since that email, therefore nothing has been resolved we are still at the same spot

I responded back to the person making the complaint.  I will keep him informed of the progress.

Graham sports had responded back to me on 5/19.  All that was said was they talked to the vendor again.  I have not been contacted since that email, therefore nothing has been resolved we are still at the same spot.
