The business' response that I read only said "On November 24, 2015, the business provided the following information: Business supplied email: [redacted] @gmail.com Use this address for this or any future complaints, but nothing else" That is not a resolution It isn't even a response They need to stand behind the statement they made when they sold the product when they said I could return the product for a full refund if I wasn't 100% satisfied I had my mom and brother take it back the product days after I bought it while I was in school because I couldn't get it to work on my system way they said it would It would It lagged it wouldn't load When it did load it started the show in the middle I deserve a refund, They say they have signs saying no refunds but I have pictures that clearly show the sign is hidden behind the register where you cannot see it
