Saw the new owner walking out of safeway with a basket of old flowersSo much for fresh flowers we think we are purchasingRecently went into the store and it looked like a cheap storeShocked at the unprofessional appearance of the ownerThe old owner would be sickened my the look of the shop

I recently had occasion to purchase a floral arrangement from MtGraham Florist
It was for a friend to be delivered to her home on the day of the funeral and left at her front doorMy explicit instructionsNever happenedHowever my Visa was taken and chargedThe shop was closed and phone was on " Voice box is full" all day long
Store was locked and closed that day, a FridayFront display windows empty and inside all tore upThey could have advised that they would not be open for business that dayMy fear is that they took other people's money for floral arrangements and were not able to produce and deliver for the funeralIt was a large funeralPeople sending from out of town such as I would not know the difference unless they had family checking to be sure they were receivedMy money has since been refunded by an employee who has been with the store for many yearsShe is the only one who knows how to do things correctly apparently
How in the world can you run a business like that?? They need to be investigated
